DELIVERY/COLLECTION OF SUITS – IMPORTANT POINTS
We ask you to help us to help you by acknowledging this advice/these points in advance of your event. If you should reside within the local area there is a good chance we will personally deliver your suits before your event - please telephone for more details in the first instance.
We do not believe in being overly regimental in dealing with any of our customers. However past experience has shown that without such ‘safeguards’ as these, our ability to supply future orders to others can be seriously affected by the actions of others.
Be assured that very few problems occur. All of this is mentioned to ensure that ANY situation that may arise can be dealt with quickly and efficiently and avoid confusion.

Who collects?:Ideally one-person collects/takes delivery of all orders rather than each person collecting/receiving theirs individually.
When are my suits ready?: All orders are generally ready at least 7 working days before the occasion date unless otherwise arranged. This is usually on a Thursday after 5pm.
When should I try them on?: Arrange for people to try on their outfits straight away. This will mean that any problem is noticed well in advance of the occasion, giving us plenty of time to address the issue. The latest time that exchanges can be processed is on Monday (of the week before your event).
Where do I try them on?: We always recommend you try the outfit on at home so you are comfortable and this will enable you to make your own mind up as to whether you are happy with your outfit.
IMPORTANT – Always telephone us immediately if you or another member of your party requires any changes to your outfit. We then have maximum time to action these. A telephone call will save you time as an unannounced change at the last minute may result in a delay, it may the difference between us being able to help you or not. It is advisable that you allocate one person to be available to make any exchanges/alterations, that way such an instance will be planned for and will not be an inconvenience.
* Same Difference are not obliged to deliver any exchanges under any circumstances.
* Please check to see if you have taken out sufficient insurance, whether it is ours of through your broker. For you information example replacement costs are: Typical outfit £200- £500.
